Version 1.0.1 Released: App Notarization and MIDI Channel Bugfix

Version 1.0.1 has just been released, and it has the following two improvements...

The app and its installer are now codesigned and notarized, so you'll no longer get an annoying error message when you try to run them

You can now run the installer without jumping through any hoops (right-clicking and choosing Open, etc).

This makes a really big difference for users running the latest versions of macOS (version 15.x Sequoia), as Apple has made it nearly impossible to run non-notarized apps.

Figuring out how to do this for a python app was not trivial!

MIDI Channel Bugfix - Now you can select a channel higher than 7
